>> All terms and conditions can be reorganised or negotiated as desired
>> Please mention any special requests at time of booking
>> Please book as soon as you can as advance bookings recommended to guarantee SHOW date availability
>> Due to production demands and logistics only one booking available per day unless two bookings are at the same venue
>> All show prices cover all show productions costs: fees for entertainer, sound producer as required, PA and all equipment hire
>> Pay only for SHOW time hours: all intermissions and all assemble and disassemble of equipment provided free of charge
>> The first SHOW hour or inclusive to 90 minutes is included in all minimum SHOW prices. Depending on the show day, show start and finish times, and travel considerations these considerations will extend the minimum price. Please CONTACT with your unique show details for your special guaranteed show price
>> SHOWS available for indoor or outdoor events. A fully functional stage area with adjustable lighting preferred. Outdoor events absolutely require a rain proof marque and stage or solid floor with safe rain proof provision of power to be provided by the organiser to guarantee the safety of all speakers and artists, enabling equipment setup for the SHOW to proceed
>> Make a show up with any combination of the SHOWS or ask Linda what she would recommend or Linda can produce a show which she feels will best suit your special events
>> All bookings include the optional combined speaker / show booking where the PA and microphone/s are provided for speakers at all event bookings and entertainment is provided at pre, interval and/or post meeting as desired. Please let us know if you need more than one microphone at your event
>> SHOW prices include all show costs including the PA system, microphones and stands, for events with up to 200 guests (please note: sound may travel beyond the one room to more than the 200 guests and may not be helped, but there are no further charges). If more than 200 guests are attending your event please call us for a unique quote. If you cannot provide the larger PA for 200 or more guests please call us. If you wish to provide the PA for any of your events please let us know asarp or at least a week before any confirmed event booking so we make changes to the show equipment to accommadate these changes
>> Please allow access to your venue for up to 90 minutes prior to the show to assemble and 60 minutes after the show to disassemble the equipment free-of-charge
